Online Return Policy

Any unworn resalable item may be refunded providing that you request this within 7 days from the day you receive your goods. Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to refund an item.

If you require an exchange you can contact us via email and we will be happy to help you with the process.

When returning items, we recommend you to obtain the proof of postage and also insure the method of shipping, as we cannot take the responsibility for any items damaged or lost in the post.

Christmas Returns Policy

All orders made between the 1st December and 24th December, are subject to our Christmas Returns Policy. The item should be in its unworn condition and its original packaging. Please notify us via email within the Christmas period of any return request by the 6th January.

Complete Satisfaction Promise

Items purchased at The Royale Jewellery may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days if you’re not completely satisfied with your jewellery. All the items must be returned unworn with its original packaging, packaged and returned to us safely.

Sale Items

All sale items must be returned within 14 days from the day you receive your goods for an exchange or refund. We cannot offer any price differences, if the item gets further reduced after your date of purchase.

Exceptions

Please note that the following are excluded from the online returns policy:

  • Any personalized jewellery, which has been specifically altered or engraved in any way.
  • Any item displaying damage due to result of accidental damage, misuse and a fair amount of wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted back as faulty jewellery.

All items will be inspected before making a decision, whether it is subject for an exchange.

Processing your Refund

We will process your refund within 2 working days of your receipt. Upon your receipt for the returned items, we will credit your account with full cost of your goods minus the delivery charges. This will be credited on the same method of payment used for your original purchase. Your bank may take around 5-7 working days to credit your account.
